The emotional intelligence program has assisted me in regaining control of my life. I now understand and appreciate the concept of a circle of concern and a circle of influence. I've realized that I'm a work in progress and that I need to nurture myself through affirmations and be mindful of what I watch and listen to because RAS makes this a reality. Because cognitive distortions exist, it is critical to be aware of them and understand that they are not true.

Because of this training, I am now able to approach problems with more clarity and calm. The breath work exercise that I learned has been extremely beneficial to me in dealing with difficult situations. Working with my breath helps to calm my nerves and allows me to make rational decisions.

Working with Coach RN and Coach Kay has greatly improved my ability to manage my emotions. Acceptance comes more naturally to me than resistance. I've learned to compartmentalize the problems that fall within my sphere of influence from those that don't. I have found inner strength and contentment. Much appreciation, RN Coach.

I've learned to be more patient as a result of the program, and I've realized that I can't continue to rely on other people to make me happy. I now understand the necessity of keeping cognitive distortions in mind at all times. Negative outcomes may occur as a result of cognitive distortions like labeling and jumping to conclusions. Improvements in teamwork can result from the identification and correction of cognitive distortions.

The course materials were well-organized and presented, in my opinion. The coaching was excellent, and the full-session examples were very inspiring. All information was presented in a way that was less complex and more straightforward. In general, I learned a lot and feel like a better, more well-rounded person because of this course.

I enrolled in a mindset change program. Recognizing that it would be gradual and over a long period. But that was not the case; it was a total transformation. It was a catalyst that shifted my personal and professional trajectory. I had short-term goals and targets; now, I have a vision board and foresight. I entered a mindset program but exited a transformation program into a new dawn. Talent drives performance, focus helps sustain it, and a shift in mindset puts you ahead of the competition. Rachel, you are always one step ahead of everyone. That is who I will be in the future. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
